The G-Man, Chicago Style
Chicago deep-dish classic piled high with layers of provolone cheese, buffalo mozzarella, and low-moisture mozzarella, house-made Italian sausage, mushrooms, thinly sliced onions, topped with house-made Chicago red sauce and the Lulu’s Trifecta: brushed with garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil, shaved pecorino and oregano, and dollops of ricotta cream. NOTE: There is no top crust on the Chicago style deep dish and the sauce is only on top.
Spinach Ricotta Deep Dish, Chicago Style
Like the G-man, we basically went to Wisconsin and took all their cheese, then we filled it with sauteed spinach, ricotta cream and cheese mixture, topped it off with the Chicago red sauce and the delicious Lulu’s Trifecta.

The perfect combination of sweet and spicy, boasting our homemade sausage, sliced and shredded mozzarella and provolone, hand-cut pepperoni, topped with cold fresh Roma tomato slices, a little roasted garlic, and the Lulu’s Trifecta: brushed extra virgin olive oil, shaved pecorino and oregano, and dollops of ricotta.
The Pep-Monster, New York Style
A pepperoni lover’s go-to: scratch-made crust, a layer of sliced mozzarella, our home-made red sauce, a layer of traditional round pepperoni, a layer of shredded mozzarella and provolone and then topped off with a combination of hand cut pepperoni and traditional big round slices, and and the Lulu’s Trifecta: brushed extra virgin olive oil, shaved pecorino and oregano, and dollops of ricotta.
