The G-Man, Chicago Style
This Chicago deep-dish classic is piled high with provolone cheese and two types of mozzarella, house-made Italian sausage, mushrooms, and thinly sliced onions. And, finally, top it off with the sauce! This is a perfect go-to for movie night.
NOTE: There is no top crust on their Chicago style deep dish and the sauce is only on top.
The Classic, New York Style
We call this one the classic because it’s the perfect combination of sweet and spicy married with classic tomato and garlic. Experience two varieties of sausage, two types of cheese, some hand-cut pepperoni, and a little roasted garlic.
The Pep-Monster, New York Style
It’s all about the pepperoni. We start with the scratch-made crust, a layer of sliced mozzarella, our red sauce, a layer of shredded mozzarella and provolone and then topped off with a combination of hand cut pepperoni and your traditional big round slices. This is the go-to for all those pepperoni lovers out there!
This is a Lulu’s exclusive! Baked upside down, with layer upon layer of Wisconsin brick cheese, mozzarella, and provolone smothered in a hearty Italian-sausage meat sauce with onions, sweet peppers and a burrata detonator in the middle. The Bomb includes sliced mushrooms which can be removed if you like, and feel free to add pepperoni, or any of your favorite toppings.

Chicago Deep Dish (10-inch)
This pie is constructed with our homemade crust, cheese and toppings on the inside, and finally the sauce and the goodies on the top. The deep dish is baked in a 10 ½ inch cast iron skillet twice, so allow for a little extra time. There is a serious cheese situation going on here (mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, and more mozzarella,) you get it. We have the G-Man ready to go as one of our specialties, or you can always go your own way and pick your toppings.
The New Yorker (10-inch or 14-inch)
So, this is your classic thin-crust pizza. It all begins with the dough. Our dough is scratch made with 00 Caputo flour. The end result is a thin and crispy crust that will fold, but not collapse under the weight of the toppings when you dig in. Offered in a 10 inch and 14 inch pie, with a house-made fresh basil and San Marzano-tomato red sauce. Every New York pie starts with a layer of sliced mozzarella, then the sauce then another layer of shredded mozzarella, provolone and buffelmozzarella. From there you can load it up anyway you want, or choose from some of our classic selections.

Shredded iceberg lettuce with fresh cut tomatoes, onions, and green peppers with your choice of creamy Italian, creamy Caesar, blue cheese or ranch dressing. Feel free to add grilled chicken to make it a meal.
Fresh Romain lettuce, tomatoes and black olives and Parmesan cheese and our creamy Caesar dressing. Add grilled chicken for that extra protein.
